  The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
  Check-in: from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
  Check-out: before 11:00 AM
  If you expect to arrive late, please let us know in advance so we can organize your check-in.
• Unfortunately we don't have room adapted to disabled guests.
• We regret not to accept pets.
• Our rooms are spread over three floors, and we do not have an elevator.
• Cancellation Policy:
  If you wish to cancel, please notify us by email or telephone.
  
  For all bookings made directly with the property, the following cancellation terms apply:
  Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
  After this point, a 50% fee applies for one-night bookings; for stays of two nights or more, the equivalent of one night will be charged.
